Marshall Gittler, Head of Investment Research, parts ways with retail forex broker Fxprimus, headquartered in Limassol Cyprus. During one and half years of working with the company, Marshall offered traders key market insights and contributed unique web content as part of the company’s communication strategy.

Additionally, Marshall contributed to generating global brand awareness through TV appearances and PR activities with the Manchester City football club sponsorship. Now Marshall is interested in focusing on delivering a wider scope of financial market insights by providing a deeper range of fundamental analysis that incorporates his nearly 30 years’ experience in the research departments of some of the world’s top investment banks.

During his time at the company, the globally renowned analyst had numerous appearances on Bloomberg, Reuters, TRT World, IGTV and TIP Finance TV regarding his views on important global events and their impact on the financial market. He won two awards for best education and wrote a weekly column for the NASDAQ website.

Marshall has established himself as a high-profile global strategist, investment specialist and economist in the Forex and investment banking industry. His CV encompasses some of the largest investment and security firms worldwide, including Head of Japan Economics – SBC Warburg, Bond Market Strategist – UBS and Merrill Lynch, Head of Asian FX and Rates Group – Bank of America, Senior Currency Strategist – Deutsche Bank Japan, and Head of Private Wealth Management’s Currency Committee – Deutsche Bank, in Singapore and Geneva. He moved to the retail forex industry in 2012.

Marshall speaks fluent Japanese. During his years in the country he was named one of best creators of short-term trades in Japan in a 2004 poll and one of the top currency strategists in 2003, the sole non-Japanese analyst to make the rankings.

Marshall commented, “As I see the retail FX industry develop, I am now looking forward to incorporating more of my investment banking background into my future endeavors. I see a strong need for better education at both ends of the scale:  the entry-level trader, who struggles to come to grips with this complicated field, and the more advanced trader, who wants professional-level advice. I look forward to pursuing my passion for financial education.”
