AnD Ventures, 25Madison team up to help Israeli startups enter US market

Israeli venture capital fund AnD Ventures has announced a strategic partnership with 25Madison, a studio and innovation hub that invests in and accelerates early-stage startups. This is another example of millennials-led VC funds looking to invest in talented entrepreneurs across a range of verticals.

This alliance has sprung up to help Israeli startups enter the US market, raise money and scale their operations in the global markets. The scope of this collaboration is not just about connecting VCs with entrepreneurs, but also to match startups with corporate partners seeking Israeli tech solutions to solve challenges they face. It offers access to capital, mentorship within a unique accelerator designed to take selected fintech-focused businesses further.

The unique go-to-market program helps promising early-stage Israeli startups with market entry in the States. They receive mentorship from experienced entrepreneurs and investors, consulting and professional services.

With its roots in Tel Aviv, AnD has been active in investing and incubating Israeli startups over the last two years. By cultivating relationships with Israel’s top technical universities and intelligence units, AnD has built a pipeline of founders.

AnD deploys a Studio-based Fund model that provides the expertise and growth opportunities that early-stage founders need for building rapidly scaling companies. They’ve made investments in well-known Israeli-founded startups like Edge Gaming and Ovio. AnD helped these startups pitch to corporates to secure proofs of concept and then raise follow-up funding.

Meanwhile, 25Madison invests in and accelerates early-stage startups. Its venture studio partners with entrepreneurs — leveraging branded experiences and collaborative approach to turn high-conviction ideas into big businesses.

“After years of supporting founders worldwide at Microsoft, LivePerson and Google, I decided to join forces with a group of super talented partners. We formed a Development and Go-to-Market Studio for Israeli founders, enabling them to go global faster and more efficiently with our support. We built a founder-first platform with one commitment – to help founders build and scale to international markets,” said Roy Geva Glasberg.

“25madison and AnD have spent two years sharing opportunities, consulting on our respective markets and looking for more ways to collaborate,” added Grant Silow, Managing Director at 25madison. “This new Studio partnership allows 25madison to build on our Israel strategy, backing entrepreneurs at the earliest stages of building. Lee, Roy, and Ariel have assembled excellent founding infrastructure – something 25m has done in the US. We look forward to partnering with AnD to support Israel’s next generation of iconic companies.”

AnD Ventures was founded by three partners: Lee Moser, a former partner at iAngles; and Roy Geva Glasberg, who previously founded and managed Google’s global startup programs. He also served as director of the startup ecosystem at LivePerson, and head of startups & Integrations at Microsoft. Gary Ginsburg sits on the fund’s board of directors and was also a founding partner at 25madison and participated in the seed rounds of Houzz, TripActions, and Duda Mobile.
