Autochartist announces the launch of its content personalization solutions.

FinanceFeeds Editorial Team

Autochartist, a leading global fintech provider, is proud to announce the launch of its innovative content personalization solutions. The new solutions offer online brokers the opportunity to deliver personalized content based on trader behavior such as traded instruments, hours of activity, trading style, and risk profile.

The development of the solution comes as a result of Autochartist’s continuous engagement and feedback loops with online brokers, and is focused purely on the ever changing needs of the highly demanding fintech market.  Brokers using the latest solution by Autochartist, are now able to engage their customers with personalized content that maximizes the probability of the trader initiating actions such as, opening an account, making their first deposit, or placing a trade.

The solution works in the form of deep content integrations with marketing automation platforms backed up by years of development and investment into Autochartist’s NLG (Natural Language Generation) technology.

Currently supported platforms include: Customer.io, Solitics, Marketo, Mautic, SalesForce, Optimove, Segment.io, cPattern’s Guardian Angel.

Some of these platforms are geared towards email and text communication, while others provide users the ability to communicate with traders directly within their trading platform.

“The channel of communication is highly dependent on the broker’s business objectives – if a broker is pushing trading volume then in-platform messaging is the way to go. But if a broker is looking to push traders through the sales funnel then text or email are better channels” says Ilan Azbel, CEO at Autochartist.

Along with these deep content integrations, Autochartist is also offering supporting services such as provision of pre-built customer email funnels and journeys that make use of its content to drive traders from demo account creation to placing their first trade.
