The Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP), regulatory reporting to authorities, risk reporting for different audiences (board of directors, department managers), were also under his responsibilities.

Prior to capital.com, Mr. Soutzis held a number of positions at Iron FX for nearly three years total, including Risk Manager, Portfolio Management Officer, and Dealer.
