Dipti Kachru joins Broadridge as Chief Marketing Officer

Broadridge Financial Solutions has appointed Dipti Kachru as Global Chief Marketing Officer, based in New York and reporting to President Chris Perry.

The Global CMO will be responsible for brand and digital strategy, product positioning, lead generation, and thought leadership, all aspects of Broadridge’s global marketing organization.

Expertise in strategic marketing and digital transformation

Dipti Kachru was hired to drive measurable growth, build Broadridge’s global brand reputation, expand client relationships, and support the organization’s revenue growth ambitions.

Kachru joins Broadridge from J.P. Morgan where she most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer for the Wealth Management division.

She is credited for launching the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management brand and building an industry-leading client acquisition engine that delivered significant business growth.

Past senior consumer and wholesale marketing roles include firms such as JPMorgan Chase and Oppenheimer Funds (now Invesco) after an advertising career for Pepsi, American Express, and Microsoft.

Broadridge partnered with SBI Securities

Broadridge is a regular name in the headlines. Finance Feeds has most recently covered the firm’s partnership with SBI Securities to further automate operations across business lines.

Under the new partnership, SBI Securities will migrate the post-trade operations of its Hong Kong and Singapore businesses to Broadridge’s cloud-based ASP service in Asia and add new services to automate confirmation and statement output to clients.

SBI Securities will also leverage Broadridge’s SWIFT Service Bureau to automate SWIFT messaging workflows globally directly with its custodian, enabling them to outsource the whole post-trade processing value chain to Broadridge.
