Equiti Group has deployed the Dow Jones newswire through Acuity in order to give traders access to Dow Jones’ breaking economic and market news through their client portal.

The provider of online trading technology and multi-asset financial products has signed a three-way partnership with Acuity Trading, an AI-powered provider of Dow Jones Newswires, known for its market-moving news.

The service includes a wealth of unique market insights and intuitive visualizations highlighting emerging market trends before market movement and AI data-driven signals to spot opportunities more easily.

Iskandar Najjar, Chief Executive Officer of Equiti Group, said: “Equiti is paving the way in the online trading sector through its approach to embracing new technical processes and technology. Our clients are increasingly incorporating non-traditional data in their investment and business strategy decisions. We’re committed to helping them extract high-value insights from those datasets faster, through innovative technologies and sophisticated models like those developed by Acuity.”

Andrew Lane, CEO of Acuity, added: “Equiti strives to set new standards for the industry on a global scale. The company works to establish new partnerships in new markets and demonstrates their ability and commitment to providing traders and brokers across the world with access to market-leading products. Our visions for the future of financial technology are aligned and we look forward to collaborating both in terms of innovation and growing our services to offer world-class trading tools and technologies.”

Equiti Capital, the UK FCA-regulated prime of prime subsidiary of Equiti Group, has recently partnered with Lucera to deploy its price aggregation tools for the FX market.

The prime brokerage will leverage the cross-asset matching, aggregation and price distribution platform to open new markets without having to own the infrastructure as it is priced on a SaaS subscription model.

In 2020, Equiti Capital partnered with FXCubic for its proprietary liquidity solutions and price management systems in a time where stable pricing and liquidity are perhaps the most important factor to traders across the globe.

The institutional prime brokerage division of the Equiti Group also partnered with Your Bourse, to expand its liquidity distribution network as an opportunity to attract new clients seeking to diversify their existing liquidity pool.
