FactSet partners with LightPoint’s POEMS and expands in Canada with BMO

This week, FactSet has announced partnerships with LightPoint and BMO’s Wealth Management as it further expands across the globe.

LightPoint offers a leading portfolio, order, and execution management system (POEMS). The partnership will provide buy-side firms with a front-to-back solution.

FactSet was also selected as the primary market data provider for BMO’s Wealth Management division across Canada.

FactSet’s Advisor Workstation for enhanced client engagement and experiences

FactSet’s Advisor Workstation will be deployed to equip BMO advisors with FactSet’s content and analytics within a comprehensive and intuitive web-based interface that enhances the asset management division’s broader technology ecosystem and drives advisor productivity and client engagement efforts.

The partnership confirms FactSet’s growing influence within the wealth management sector in Canada as the firm further delivers differentiated solutions for wealth managers.

FactSet partners with LightPoint for front-to-back solution for buy side

Earlier this week, FactSet joined forces with LightPoint to offer hedge funds, institutional asset managers, and family offices a fully integrated front-to-back solution with greater data flexibility.

By combining LightPoint’s portfolio, order, and execution management system (POEMS) with FactSet’s data solution, investment managers can reimagine their trade and order workflows and improve on operational efficiencies when evaluating or executing on trading opportunities.
