Finalto launches Partners’ Portal to help brokers manage and regulate workflow

“Upskilling the users is at the heart of the portal. We have so many products, tools, and systems it is imperative that the clients are informed about how to use each system in order for them to feel the benefit and get the advantage each tool offers.”

Finalto has announced the launch of a new Partners’ Portal, a dedicated brokers environment built to support and provide all essential resources to address clients’ pain points.

Broker clients require a breadth of resources to manage and regulate their business workflows and Finalto has made it accessible through a single personalised login.

The portal features an education centre, technical documentation, release notes and a support desk, with all released notes being uploaded automatically into the portal.

Finalto has backdated all releases to date from 2021. These are segmented into 4 categories, and they can be searched for and filtered by date or type of release, saving time trawling emails for the relevant information.

“Upskilling the users is at the heart of the portal. We have so many products, tools, and systems it is imperative that the clients are informed about how to use each system in order for them to feel the benefit and get the advantage each tool offers”,  said the official announcement, which pointed to useability and accessibility as the priority.

Speed and agility are part of Finalto’s brand, therefore all technical documents such as APIs Config guides are pre-uploaded so that broker clients can be self-sufficient and have instant access to all they need at a click of the mouse.

Eyes on LATAM and multi-asset trading

Earlier this month, Finalto onboarded Ricardo Grados to its institutional sales team in order to expand the business into Latin America (LATAM).

Grados joins Finalto at a time when the company aims to expand the reach of its flagship technology stack. Dubbed ‘Fianlto360,’ it is an end-to-end broker solution available on SaaS subscription basis or a fully deployed basis, based on the customer’s preference.

Finalto’s proprietary technology enables partners to efficiently onboard, retain and boost customers’ trading activity. It offers a CRM, connections to PSPs, marketing, compliance and reporting tools all connected to Finalto’s white labeled trading platform.

Brokerage firm Taurus Share has recently tapped Finalto 360 to build a stocks platform. The broker will leverage the main components of the trading modules as a single stock equity platform. However, the technology is built with all instruments from all asset classes in mind and is completely customisable with a wide variety of add-ons, alongside a flexible dealer back office.

As part of the agreement, Finalto will also become the liquidity provider to Taurus. Through a single margin account and API, they can access 800 instruments across 7 asset classes, cross-margined and accessible through your choice of technology partner.
