FlexTrade’s FlexONE captures “Best Buy-Side OMS” award

Broker-neutral technology firm FlexTrade Systems’ FlexONE solution has once again emerged top among the best buy-side execution management systems.

FlexTrade’s all-inclusive order/execution management system (OEMS) was named the winner of “Best Buy-Side OMS” award at A-Team Group’s TradingTech Insight Awards Europe 2023.

The annual awards, now in their fifth edition, acknowledge excellence in trading technology and services within capital markets and focus on vendors providing exceptional trading infrastructure, trading technology, and data solutions. A-Team Group’s TradingTech Insight awards continue to be extremely popular and competitive, highlighting technology innovation and solutions that can help trading organisations stay ahead of the game.

FlexONE is designed to streamline the trading requirements of global hedge funds, traditional asset managers and quantitative investment firms. A multi-asset platform handling equities, FX, options, futures and fixed income, the solution integrates disparate workflows into a single, centralized, intraday system that facilitates hi-performance throughput of orders, compliance checking, real-time P&L and position management.

FlexONE captures workflows from beginning to end―order generation, intraday P&L and risk, fund/prime allocations, order marking, short locates, pre-and post-trade compliance, and operations ― and is integrated with FlexTrade’s multi-asset execution management system, FlexTRADER EMS.

Dan Enstedt, Vice President of Sales and Business Development, EMEA for FlexONE, commented: “The demand for our OEMS solution, FlexONE, is gathering pace within the EMEA market – and rightly so. We have heavily invested and are committed to delivering the industry’s most comprehensive, scalable, modern OEMS platform. We are working with some of the world’s largest and most demanding asset and hedge fund managers to drive forward the functionality available within FlexONE, and industry recognition from esteemed awards, such as TradingTech Insight, validates that we are on the right track.”

Angela Wilbraham, CEO at A-Team Group and host of the TradingTech Insight Awards Europe 2023, added: “Our awards recognise leading providers of trading technology solutions, services, and consultancy to capital markets in Europe, and Flextrade has proven themselves to be worthy winners of this prestigious title. We congratulate them on winning “Best Buy-Side OMS” in recognition of their contribution to the financial trading technology industry.”

FlexTrade’s product suite offers access to market data providers while ‎‎easily integrating with any order management system (OMS) via FIX and ‎‎API. Global investment managers prefer the solution since the consolidation of equities, FX, listed options, futures, or any combination is essential on the same platform in order to ensure smooth functioning. The multi-asset execution management system can also be tailored for global access to broker algorithms, as well as the ability to build proprietary algorithms.
