When considering the transaction made this week, the total cash value realized thus far by Ms. Roady from her share issue amounts to over half a million dollars, and yet still leaves her with almost $2 million in company stock.

Clearly, being an executive within a publicly listed company comes with the benefit of being able to profit from its performance on the open market, which is a great way to secure a future.
