Genesis Global appoints ex-AWS Nitin Gupta as Chief Revenue Officer

Genesis Global, a leading low-code application development platform tailored for financial markets, announced today the appointment of Nitin Gupta as its Chief Revenue Officer.

Reporting directly to Genesis CEO Stephen Murphy, Gupta brings extensive experience in financial markets, sales strategy, and business development to the role.

Prior to joining Genesis, Gupta served as the Americas Sales Leader for Global Financial Services EMEA at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he held various senior business development positions over an eight-year tenure. His new role at Genesis will see him leading the entire sales organization, including Sales Enablement, Partnerships, Strategic Account Management, and Client Success.

Gupta has more than two decades of experience in capital markets. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Yodlee and Capgemini, where he established commercial relationships across various financial sectors such as wealth management, credit risk management, retail banking, and payments. During his tenure, he added multiple major financial institutions to client rosters.

Gupta holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management and a bachelor’s degree from the Shri Ram College of Commerce at Delhi University.

Gupta’s proven track record in driving revenue and establishing strong client relationships positions him as a key asset for Genesis Global as it seeks to expand its footprint and drive innovation in the rapidly evolving financial technology landscape.
