The access to social trading platform macaso and online trading platform Trading Station will be terminated on September 30, 2020.

Japanese brokerage Excite One will stop providing FX services. The company has called the news disappointing but has not provided any details on the rationale for such a move.

The change means that social trading service “macaso” and online trading platform Trading Station will no longer be available to clients of the broker, effective September 30, 2020. The financial instruments business will cease to operate on Wednesday, October 21.

Customers who currently hold positions in “macaso” and “Trading Station” must have those settled by 6:00 AM on September 19, 2020 (Japanese time). Positions that have not been settled by the deadline, will be closed by the broker after Monday, September 21, 2020.

Those seeking refunds are advised to proceed to “My Page” by September 23, 2020. If you do not make a withdrawal request by the deadline, the company will carry out the withdrawal procedure from your trading account on September 24, 2020 and refund it to the registered financial institution by September 30, 2020.
