LegacyFX signs sponsorship deal with Real Betis

“We chose one of the best teams in LaLiga, due to its rich history in Spain, Europe, and even worldwide.”

Real Betis, one of the top teams in the Spanish football league ‘La Liga’, will have the brand of retail FX broker LegacyFX on the back of Real Betis’ shirt starting this season.

This comes as part of a signed agreement through which the international company has become a new sponsor of the Green and White club. The two-year deal includes the option of extending it if both parties agree to do so.

Legacy FX’s commercial and digital assets will also be present in the Club’s digital media, which have a great market value- and a high presence in the advertising at Real Betis facilities.

The retail FX and CFD brokerage firm has big plans to boost its image in Spain and international markets. Sponsoring a Spanish football club comes as a wise decision given the international exposure of La Liga and, particularly, Real Betis’ social impact, global scope, and presence in European competitions.

Jad Abdelrahman, Chief Executive Officer de LegacyFX, said: “We, at LegacyFX, are always looking to present our brand in a successful and promising manner.

“As such, we chose one of the best teams in LaLiga, due to its rich history in Spain, Europe, and even worldwide. We believe that this partnership with Real Betis is in line with our vision, will positively represent our brand to our clientele proudly, and catapult our name as a truly leading global brokerage”

Ramón Alarcón, Real Betis business general manager, commented: “We welcome LegacyFX. This new partner is a global company looking for like-minded global brands, such as Real Betis. LegacyFX has seen in our Club an ideal partner to develop its international strategy. Its important presence on our game shirt, is one of the main assets of our entity”

LegacyFX is a multiasset broker offering a range of instruments, including FX, commodities, cryptocurrencies, and stocks. The firm has recently announced a new chapter in its global expansion history: the launch of an entity in South Africa.

The broker has already applied to a license from the South African Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) as the country and the African continent as a whole grows its FX and CFD market.

Several other brokers within the FX industry are following suit in order to serve the approximately 1.3 million traders in the region.

LegacyFX has appointed Marius Grobler as Managing Director of the South African entity.
