Match-Trade opens office in Cyprus to address brokers’ needs for turnkey solutions

The growing number of clients in the region required Match-Trade to step up and build a physical presence to provide better customer service, especially in supporting broker registration and brokerage procedures.

Match-Trade Technologies has announced it has opened a new office in Limassol, Cyprus, in order to address the growing number of brokers interested in its turnkey solutions.

The new branch will be managed by Svetlana Kulikova, an experienced Forex expert who has nearly a decade of sales experience within the foreign exchange industry.

Prior to joining Match-Trade, Svetlana Kulikova was doing client acquisition for MetaQuotes, the software development firm behind the world-renowned MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5.

Setting up the new office in Cyprus was made possible with the help of strategic partner Match-Prime, a CySEC-regulated liquidity provider.

The growing number of clients in the region required Match-Trade to step up and build a physical presence to provide better customer service, especially in supporting broker registration and brokerage procedures.

Svetlana Kulikova, Head of Match-Trade Cyprus, commented: “Cyprus is rightfully the world capital of Forex. Match-Trade has all the prerequisites for successful work in this region. I am sure that clients will appreciate the privilege of working not with a virtual, but with a real office.”

Michael Karczewski, Chief Operating Officer of Match-Trade Technologies, said: “Match-Trade Technologies always thoroughly analyzes the needs of its clients; this is what makes our cooperation long-term, effective and fruitful. The opening of a new branch in Cyprus is a natural step in expanding our international network.

“It allows our partners to receive high-quality services in this region, which is increasingly entering the sphere of business interests of our clients. Our main task is to quickly respond to all incoming requests from Brokers and institutional clients. Since, in my opinion, the best way to achieve this is through a physical presence in the region, the office in Cyprus will certainly not be the last one we open.”

Match-Trade has recently joined forces with Squaretalk, a global interactive business communications platform, to expand the range of functionalities offered to Forex brokers in the company’s proprietary Client Office CRM.

Adding the Squaretalk Axiom VoIP system to Match-Trade’s Client Office CRM allows Brokers to make calls directly from the application with one click.

In July, the firm and FX Back Office Forex CRM Provider have together decided to integrate their systems to expand solution capabilities and provide the market with updated products for Forex Brokers. As a result of this cooperation, Match2Pay Crypto Payment Gateway is now available in FX Back Office CRM providing its users with access to all cryptocurrency payments.
