Muinmos hires ex-IG Agnieszka Noworól to automated client onboarding platform

Muinmos has announced the appointment of Agnieszka Noworól as Customer Success Director and a member of the management team of the Danish fintech firm.

Agnieszka Noworól joins Muinmos from IG, where she was most recently Head of KYC and Onboarding Solutions. During her six years at IG in Poland, she led a team of 42 KYC and Onboarding analysts as Account Opening Manager for EMEA. A subsequent promotion made her Head of Account Opening, with responsibility for EMEA, APAC and RSA.

Two years ago she became IG’s Head of KYC and Onboarding Solutions, overseeing a team of 100 people while being responsible for shaping the department’s strategy and creating more efficient processes.

Prior to IG, she was KYC Team Lead at UBS and Team Lead at business outsourcing services for the UK’s Ministry of Justice and National Health Service at Capita.

Muinmos allows firms to onboard clients in under 3 minutes

Her extensive experience in KYC and onboarding solutions and strong leadership skills will prove valuable to Muinmos, where will focus on evolving the processes around the induction of new clients and leading the team to continue to deliver world class client service as the business scales. As a member of the management team, she will also play a role in delivering Muinmos’ strategy to grow the business globally.

Muinmos was founded in 2012 and is specialized in client onboarding, having developed a platform that fully automates the entire client onboarding chain from AI powered client categorization to fully automated KYC/AML checks and client risk assessments.

Financial institutions leveraging Muinmos’ capabilities are able to onboard any client type in under three minutes and remain fully compliant as regulatory parameters change, according to the firm.
