CMC Markets plc, (LSE: CMCX, “CMC” or the “Group”), a leading provider of online retail trading, announces that it has issued 904,395 new ordinary shares of 25p each to satisfy vesting of awards under the Group’s Management Equity Plan 2015.

Application has been made for the 904,395 new ordinary shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s main market for listed securities. It is expected that trading will commence on 15 February 2018. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Group.

At admission the issued share capital of the Group will consist of 289,008,354 ordinary shares. The total number of voting rights in the Group will therefore be 289,008,354. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator to determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, the Group under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
