LSE earnings strong ahead of merger and ‘Brexit’

David Dohmen has been appointed Head of Compliance at Stater Global Markets. Reporting directly into CEO, Ramy Soliman, David will focus on ensuring the FCA regulated Prime of Prime brokerage operates within the regulatory framework. He will also play a role in helping the business to grow.

David joins the London-based firm with over 17 years’ experience in legal and compliance roles – most recently from prop trading organisation, Ronin Trading UK/Europe where he was Director of Compliance and Operations for over four years. His previous positions include Head of Legal & Compliance at Lehman Brothers (ELQ mortgages division) and Compliance Officer at both Fortis Bank and Rabo Securities.

According to Ramy Soliman, CEO, Stater Global Markets, “David is extremely knowledgeable about the FCA regulatory framework and brings a wealth of experience from banks, brokerages and prop trading firms across a wide range of products and asset classes.
