The Gold-i MT5 Gateway launches at the end of this month, providing brokers using MetaTrader 5 with all the benefits and functionality of Gold-i’s award-winning MT4 Bridge. The ultra-low latency Gold-i MT5 Gateway launches with access to over 70 Liquidity Providers and provides the fastest and most reliable integration between retail and institutional financial trading systems.

Gold-i’s MT5 Gateway has been designed to work with Matrix – Gold-i’s highly sophisticated, modular multi-asset Liquidity Management Platform. This means that brokers using MetaTrader 5 can aggregate incoming liquidity feeds and offer their own liquidity out to clients, providing significant opportunities for them to diversify, add new revenue streams, reduce risk and differentiate from competitors.

Gold-i is also investing significantly in migrating its other market-leading MT4 products to MT5. The Gold-i MAM Pro for MetaTrader 5 – the most advanced multi-MAM on the market – will launch in Q1 2017. Gold-i’s Link, RiskDB and Visual Edge for MT5 will be available next year. The company is also launching the Gold-i Coverage Plug-in, which automatically generates a representative coverage trade for all STP orders through the Gold-i MT5 Gateway.

Tom Higgins, CEO and Founder of Gold-i comments, “We are very excited about our new integrations with MetaQuotes MT5 platform.  We pushed boundaries with our MT4 Bridge and this has opened up opportunities to offer brokers new and interesting functionalities through our Gateway.

“MetaTrader 5 is a Nirvana of a system and we envisage significant uptake. It offers a multi-venue trading facility via one platform and a single margin account across all asset classes. It is also mobile based, which increases its appeal even further to brokers worldwide. I believe it will be the platform of choice for retail brokers within the next two years, which is why we are investing so heavily in complex and time consuming product development to migrate our market-leading MT4 software to MT5. We will continue to develop our MT5 portfolio, with a focus on ongoing innovation in order to help brokers using MetaTrader 5 to make more money, become more profitable and manage their risk more effectively.”
