Kite Consulting Group, providing financial recruitment hires throughout Europe, today announced the launch of Blocktribe, a specialist site designed to list the best blockchain-related jobs around the globe.

Blocktribe is a central go-to source of jobs in this area, and the first of its kind for blockchain in Europe.

Distributed ledger technologies have the potential to deliver significant business improvement and cost reduction across many industries, including in financial services areas such as payments, clearing and settlements. In the fast-growing blockchain industry, talent acquisition is a business-critical issue and can be a real pain point for entrepreneurs and innovators.

Currently with so few people working directly with blockchain technologies, and such high demand for talent, employers are not able to search specifically for blockchain hires.

Blocktribe will enable job posters, including start-ups and existing businesses interested in innovation, to access job seekers with the variety of skills required to satisfy this dynamic sector.

Blocktribe will source information technologists and candidates with financial infrastructure experience; whether their background is in business or technology. The site is already proving popular with large market players and a number of blockchain businesses, including: Circle, Bitpay, Gatcoin, BNY Mellon, Deloitte and Elliptic; who are all listing jobs on the site at launch.
