Provider of financial markets data and infrastructure Refinitiv has underlined its commitment to the wealth management industry via the addition of next-generation digital tools for wealth portals. The new digital tools deliver a customizable suite of widget capabilities designed to support the experiences of wealth management firms on Refinitiv’s portal.

Through this suite of flexible and off-the-shelf widget capabilities, Refinitiv can support wealth firms as they seek to build out their professional and client portals and improve their user experience. Refinitiv’s HTML-5 responsive widgets provide an efficient way for firms to deploy Refinitiv’s content and market data – allowing customers to optimize and customize their digital experiences for end users across devices. The widget capabilities are designed to maximize the value of Refinitiv’s content and insights, leveraging new features and functionality being delivered via its data platforms.

Refinitiv says it will keep expand the suite of widgets available in the coming year, including the release of a widget displaying new content services such as Environmental, Social & Governance data (ESG).

Refinitiv has a rich history of servicing the wealth management industry from front to back office. Over the last year, the firm has invested heavily in the business and is committed to bringing the most advanced solutions to the market. The transformation includes building out the firm’s solutions through strategic partnerships.

Earlier this month, for instance, Refinitiv announced a partnership with fintech firm SigFig. Under the agreement, clearing and custody platform Refinitiv BETA will leverage SigFig’s direct-to-consumer platform technology to create a seamless end-to-end robo advice solution, featuring account opening, automated investment management, money movement and return client experience for institutional clients.
