Maria Nikolova

Ms Loevskaya succeeds Yevgeny Kolbin, who is now in charge of Sberbank’s subsidiary SberCloud.

Sberbank today announces that Anna Loevskaya has been appointed as Director of its Digital Corporate Bank division. In this role, Ms Loevskaya replaces Yevgeny Kolbin, who is now in charge of the Sberbank subsidiary SberCloud (OOO Oblachniye Tekhnologii).

Anna Loevskaya’s career with Sberbank started in 2015. She used to supervise the development and relaunch of Sberbank Business Online, the bank’s corporate internet banking platform. Since late 2019, Ms Loevskaya has been managing director of the Digital Corporate Bank Division.

With her at the helm, the website of the online banking solution relaunched some key functionality, added global navigation, and an interactive Help section, while the Sberbank Business Online mobile app added a marketplace for services entities could use to run and develop their business.

Anatoly Popov, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of Sberbank, commented:

“Anna has already made a major contribution to the evolution and development of Sberbank Business Online, the internet banking solution repeatedly recognized as the best by awards, the professional community, and enjoying popularity among our corporate customers, which is a well-deserved success. She has proven herself a manager successfully doing her job facing new responsibilities, so this appointment is a tried-and-true solution. I wish Anna and the entire division’s team new achievements!

Opinion: Cracks Are Beginning to Show In Tech Stacks…It’s Time to Address Them

The retail FX industry has rapidly evolved in the last 15 years so it’s no wonder that systems purchased or developed over the last 10 to 15 years are no longer fit for purpose.
