The United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has announced the temporary suspension of trading in the securities of Blockchain Solutions, Inc. (BLCS). The suspension commences at 9:30 a.m. EDT on September 12, 2019 and terminates at 11:59 p.m. EDT on September 25, 2019.
Blockchain Solutions, Inc. (“BLCS”) (CIK No. 1610462) is an active Nevada corporation located in West Palm Beach, Florida with a class of securities registered with the Commission pursuant to Exchange Act Section 12(g).
The SEC temporarily suspended trading in the securities of the entity due to a lack of current and accurate information about this company as it has not filed certain periodic reports with the Commission.
More specifically, BLCS has not filed any periodic reports since it filed a Form 10-K for the period ended December 31, 2017, which reported a net loss of $2,089,900 for the prior nine months.
