Sterling Trading Tech taps W. Brennan Carley as strategic counsel to CEO Jennifer Nayar

Sterling Trading Tech is a provider of trading platforms, OMS and risk products to clients within the global equities, equity options and futures markets. The firm currently caters to over 100 clients including leading brokers, clearing firms and prop groups in over 20 countries.

Sterling Trading Tech has added industry veteran W. Brennan Carley to its board of directors, effective September 1st. He is providing strategic counsel to Sterling’s newly appointed President & CEO, Jennifer Nayar, and the executive team.

W. Brennan Carley Carley brings more than 25 years of experience in the financial markets, with a focus on trading and financial technology businesses.

His career includes senior roles at Refinitiv, Instinet and NYFIX, and board positions at fintech companies including Yipes and Marketcetera.

Sterling Trading Tech plans to expand product offering

Jennifer Nayar, President and CEO at Sterling Trading Tech, commented: “We are thrilled to welcome Brennan to our board of directors. Nayar was named the firm’s new President and CEO last month as part of its efforts to strengthen its leadership amid product and market expansion.

The firm plans to expand its product offering, in both asset classes and geographical coverage, and will continue development of its new-generation trading platform.
