TS Imagine announces key hires: Spencer Lee, Kate Peachway, Renee Calabro

Rick Steves

TS Imagine appointed Spencer Lee as Chief Markets Officer, Kate Peachway as Chief Financial Officer, and Renee Calabro as Chief Marketing Officer.

TS Imagine has announced three executive leadership hires to support the continued growth of the provider of trading, portfolio, and risk management solutions.

The executive appointments come on the back of strong growth ever since the merger of TradingScreen and Imagine Software earlier this year, which saw 100 new hires during the first half of 2022, as well as the appointment of a new Chief Operations Officer and non-executive board members.

Rob Flatley, CEO of TS Imagine, said: “Our business is benefitting from rapid growth driven by multiple factors, including high demand for our products as clients realize the benefits of electronification across multiple asset classes, expansion into new markets as we leverage the global footprint of Trading Screen and Imagine Software, and our deep commitment to developing products that allow clients to act quickly and efficiently amid increasingly complex and volatile markets. Spencer, Kate and Renee all bring expertise that will benefit our business now and, in the future, as TS Imagine continues to grow.”

TS Imagine has appointed Spencer Lee as Chief Markets Officer, where he will develop and grow TS Imagine’s global fixed income offering.

Spencer Lee joins TS Imagine from Agilon Capital, a systematic credit hedge fund with a strong technology value proposition, which he co-founded. Kate Peachway: Chief Financial Officer at TS Imagine

TS Imagine has appointed Kate Peachway as Chief Financial Officer, where she will lead the firm’s global finance department.

Kate Peachway joins TS Imagine from the buy-side, where she has been an investor in technology companies at Blue Ridge Capital, BlueMountain Capital, and GrowthCurve Capital. Bringing firsthand growth investing experience to the firm, she began her career in M&A at Morgan Stanley.

Renee Calabro: Chief Marketing Officer at TS Imagine

TS Imagine has appointed Renee Calabro as Chief Marketing Officer, where she will lead public relations, communications, and marketing globally.

Renee Calabro joins TS Imagine from Edelman, the world’s largest communications marketing consultancy, where she led the New York capital markets communications and US private equity practices.
