WiseAlpha announces fractional bond trading for retail brokers

“Our purpose is the democratization of the corporate bond market. The FCA recently expressed a desire to widen its participation in this market. At WiseAlpha, we were ahead of the curve, making it easy and affordable for individual investors.”

WiseAlpha is broadening its scope into banking and wealth trading solutions with the launch of fractional bonds, democratizing the access to the corporate bond market for individual retail investors, enabling them to invest in major companies with as little as £100.

The fintech firm is launching a new wealth management portal and a white-label solution, simplifying access to fractional bonds for wealth managers.

WiseAlpha launches white-label solution fractional bonds

The company’s proprietary technology platform has eased the investment process, reducing the minimum investment from £100,000 to just £100. This change allows individual investors to purchase bonds from major corporations like Ocado, Marks & Spencer, and international firms like Apple.

WiseAlpha’s new B2B2C Solutions service is a significant step for institutional clients. It allows Wealth Managers, banks, or brokers to partner with WiseAlpha and offer Fractional Bonds to their clients. This can be done through WiseAlpha’s interface or via a white-label solution, allowing partners to brand the portal as their own.

Partnerships with a leading wealth management company and a bank are underway, with details to be announced soon. WiseAlpha anticipates substantial growth in this sector, highlighted by over £100 million in volume traded by individual investors on its platform. This figure is expected to increase significantly with institutional partnerships.

“Democratization of the corporate bond market”

Rezaah Ahmad, Founder & Executive Director, said today, “Our purpose is the democratization of the corporate bond market. The FCA recently expressed a desire to widen its participation in this market. At WiseAlpha, we were ahead of the curve, making it easy and affordable for individual investors. Our new partnerships with wealth managers and banks will broaden access further, and we will be there for investors every step of the way.”

WiseAlpha is regulated by the FCA and offers Fractional Bonds, allowing individual investors to enter the market with minimal investment. High Net Worth and Sophisticated Investors have access to a wide range of UK corporate bonds, as well as additional Euro markets, enabling them to tailor their investment portfolios. WiseAlpha also provides a robo-management solution for investors.
