Xignite allows brokers to display company logos in their applications

Xignite’s brokerage, wealth, and media customers can now easily increase customer engagement and satisfaction by displaying company logos in their applications.

Xignite has launched a new Logo API that enables customers to add their company logos in order to increase user trust, drive investor participation and reduce trading errors.

The provider of market data APIs to brokers and wealth managers partnered with Benzinga for the launch of the Xignite Logo API. Benzinga curates its logos offering in-house and continuously monitors for updates in a high-touch approach that eliminates maintenance costs associated with low-quality, unverified logos.

The XigniteLogos API covers over 6,000 equities including stocks trading on major US exchanges, major OTC listings, and major fund families. Xignite’s APIs are used more than half a trillion times a month by over 700 clients.

Brokers can now display company logos in their applications

Xignite’s brokerage, wealth, and media customers can now easily increase customer engagement and satisfaction by displaying company logos in their applications.

Stéphane Dubois, Chief Executive Officer of Xignite, said: “Digital investors across the world like to trade the brands they love. Company logos embody those brands in investors’ minds. Displaying brand and logos instead of sometimes confusing and changing symbols simplifies the end user experience. We strive to help our customers build engaging services. Our new logos API will make that even easier.”

TJ Paige, Head of Product for Benzinga, added: “Benzinga is extremely excited to provide Xignite with the industry’s best solution for company logos. Beautiful and customizable, all logos are optimized for mobile and desktop in multiple formats to best fit every app, platform, and site. Logos drive engagement in securities often more readily recognized by their unique company brand mark than a ticker symbol or simple text name.”

Xignite goes ESG and Crypto

Earlier this year, Xignite launched an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) data API in partnership with ESG Book, a global leader in ESG data and technology.

The market data API’s goal is to help brokerage, wealth, and media customers to increase user engagement and retention with sustainability trading products.

Designed to fast track the launch of ESG-powered products, the API offers access to transparent, well-structured and easy to understand ESG datasets that eliminate the need for in-house ESG expertise.

The solution includes advanced screener endpoints that further simplify development by eliminating the need to maintain a database.

XigniteGlobalESG API covers a comprehensive universe of public companies domiciled in North America, EMEA, APAC, and Latin America. In addition to ESG scores, this API provides Global Compact scores, involvement data, temperature scores, and raw emissions data.

The firm has also recently launched a cryptocurrency data API so that brokers and wealth managers can increase the value and stickiness of their services to digital investors by taking advantage of the depth and breadth of data offered by this API.
