Your Bourse has announced the appointment of Valter Timanov as Head of Operations, Maria Porandaikina as Head of Customer
Success, and Sergey Rudenko as Head of Engineering.

The trade execution technology company provides a Platform-as-a-Service that includes liquidity aggregation and management for multi-asset liquidity providers, an ultra-low latency execution matching engine, and its flagship MT4/MT5 bridges. All products and features are linked to the Your Bourse Data Warehouse.

The firm seeks to transform development procedures with these recent appointments in order to accelerate innovation plans with a clear focus on customer satisfaction.

Before joining Your Bourse as Head of Operations, Valter Timanov was Chief Technology Officer at Just2Trade Online Ltd, a Cyprus-based brokerage firm that caters to more than 150,000 clients across 130 countries.

Maria Porandaikina joins Your Bourse after one year and a half at competitor Brokeree Solutions. As Customer Success Manager, she will ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients, aid clients in achieving their goals, and manage key customer touchpoints including ongoing support of the customer.

Sergey Rudenko joins Your Bourse as Head of Engineering, bringing extensive knowledge of modern software development practices to support the leadership team, having previously worked with Your Bourse founder Andrey Vedikhin during their time in Alpari, also founded and led by Vedikhin.

Your Bourse is a London-based company founded by Andrey Vedikhin and provides a Platform-as-a-Service solution for FX, CFD and crypto liquidity management, data analytics, reporting and risk management solutions to the retail brokerage and institutional marketplace.
