UAE-based trading technology provider ZagTrader has integrated the advanced KYC/AML solution of Muinmos into its platform to provide seamless user onboarding for its global institutional customers.

The integration of client onboarding capabilities furnishes a comprehensive suite of services at ZagTrader, which include trading systems, back office operations, advanced analytics, and reporting.

Client onboarding in less than 3 minutes

ZagTrader now can facilitate a fully automated client onboarding process, featuring AI-driven client categorization, automated KYC/AML checks, and risk assessments, along with continuous monitoring for regulatory updates and changes in client details. The process is notably efficient, enabling both corporate and individual clients to complete onboarding in less than three minutes.

Muinmos on FX CRMs, ISO 27001, and EU’s MiCA

Muinmos was also recently integrated into FX Back Office’s CRM for FX brokers. FXBO offers CRM solutions for retail brokers, featuring a client area, back-office capabilities, and multi-level IB and affiliate area. Muinmos was awarded the ISO 27001 certification, confirming the Danish RegTech firm’s information security management program for its onboarding platform and across the entire organization is comprehensive and follows leading practices in risk management, cyber-resilience, and operational excellence. ISO 27001 is an information security management system standard published in October 2022 by the International Organisation for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) and defines requirements that an ISMS must meet. The standard provides an organization with guidance for the establishment, implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of an organization’s ISMS.
