B2Core Updates – New Features Launched on November 17th, 2021

FinanceFeeds Editorial Team

The B2Core team has released some exciting new improvements to provide even better service to its users while ensuring that they continue to have access to the market’s most technologically sophisticated and innovative CRM and brokerage infrastructure solution.

B2Trader Trading UI

The B2Core mobile app now features a brand new user interface. Users have access to the same dashboard features as the desktop version, including graphs, order books, and several trading themes. All of the information is accessible immediately from the user’s pocket, allowing them to have the best trading experience possible.

Helpdesk

The app gives users access to a full system, including customer management, verification confirmation, and the option to file a Helpdesk ticket. By default, the SupportPal helpdesk software is utilized, allowing you to quickly input and detail your request, as well as attach files in order to generate a ticket. There’s also the option of integrating other support systems to meet your needs.

Converter

The mobile app offers the benefits of a built-in exchanger by giving a web interface for a crypto-crypto/fiat-crypto exchange in a few clicks.

SumSub Verification

The internal and SumSub verification modules are now accessible on the mobile app. SumSub WebSDK integration enables company owners to reduce legal department fees by providing extensive and highly configurable Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. KYC requirements are handled seamlessly via the SumSub WebSDK connection.

Complete Customisation

Users may now register, complete KYC, deposit, trade, exchange, and withdraw funds securely using 2FA, as well as check the dashboard, submit a Helpdesk ticket, and more. The staff is always on standby to assist any B2Core client in setting up the mobile, which is already being used by many of our clients.

With the new app, B2Core clients will now have a comprehensive turnkey solution with a full roadmap in place to build all of the features now accessible in the desktop version, as well as work on a variety of other modules such as Bonuses, etc.
