BingX sponsors UFC fighters Junyong Park and Da Woon Jung after signing Chelsea FC

BingX

BingX has announced its partnership with Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) fighters Junyong Park and Da Woon Jung.

Junyong Park and Da Woon Jung, both from South Korea, are celebrated figures in the UFC. Park is known for his record-breaking performance in the UFC Middleweight division. Jung is the former HEAT Light Heavyweight Champion.

The sports sponsorship comes after BingX’s recent multi-year deal with Chelsea Football Club, the crypto exchange’s inaugural foray into sports and entertainment. One month later, BingX stroke a deal with not one but two UFC fighters in an effort to diversify its sponsorship portfolio.

“Success in both crypto world and UFC requires strategy”

The partnership aims to merge the dynamic worlds of cryptocurrency and mixed martial arts (MMA), reflecting BingX’s philosophy of “Empowering Traders” and the fighters’ motto of “Make Your Own History.”

Vivien Lin, Chief Product Officer at BingX, said: “Success in both crypto world and UFC requires strategy, resilience, and the courage to shape your narrative. It took Junyong Park and Da Woon Jung years to stand in the Octagon, which is not their endpoint but another start.

“Each fight becomes a metaphor for the challenges faced by crypto traders in the unpredictable crypto market. This partnership signifies more than brand representation; it’s a celebration of shared values and a testament to the belief that everyone has the power to make their own history.”

Founded in 2018, BingX serves over 10 million users globally, offering a range of products and services from spot and derivatives trading to copy trading and asset management.

BingX also sponsors Chelsea FC

The partnership with Chelsea FC in 2024 marked BingX’s entry into sports sponsorship, reinforcing its commitment to embracing diverse markets and audiences.

The sponsorship deal designates the brand as the Official Sleeve Partner for the Chelsea men’s team playing kits throughout the remainder of the 2023/24 season.

Fans can anticipate the continued presence of the BingX brand emblazoned on the men’s training kit range for the subsequent two seasons.
