Cboe appoints Jill Griebenow as CFO

Cboe Global Markets has promoted Jill Griebenow to Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer, beginning July 10, 2023, after working alongside outcoming CFO Brian Schell for the past 12 years.

Brian Schell will be departing the company to pursue a new professional opportunity outside of the exchange industry, the world’s leading derivatives and securities exchange network said in the announcement.

Jill Griebenow was CFO of Cboe Europe from 2014 to 2018

Jill Griebenow has served as Chief Accounting Officer since 2018 and, prior to that, as Chief Financial Officer of Cboe’s European operations from 2014 to 2018, charged with managing the company’s overseas financial arm, as well as overseeing the human resources and administrative functions in Europe. She has more than 20 years of experience.
