Bitcoin to dollar

Cowen Digital, the digital asset division of Cowen has hired top executives from leading names within the crypto industry, including Blockchain.com and Coinbase.

The announced hires come as Cowen’s digital asset division looks to expand its Institutional sales team. Among the executives joining the team is:

  • Jackie Rose, Director of Institutional Sales at Cowen, and formerly Head of Institutional Business Development at Blockchain.com;

The ex-Blockchain.com executive brings a range of experience in investor relations, private equity and investment banking. Prior to Blockchain.com, she served as Vice President of Investor Relations at Park Square Capital, where she was responsible for managing fundraising processes across the firm’s private credit products.

Prior to that, she was an Associate at The Carlyle Group and an Investment Banking Analyst for JP Morgan.

  • Chase Campbell, Vice President of Digital Asset Sales at Cowen, and former Coinbase Institutional Sales Associate

The ex-Coinbase executive used to support US clients spanning traditional finance (hedge funds, asset managers, endowments, venture capital firms, HNWIs, corporates, family offices) and crypto-native firms (mining companies, DeFi and NFT projects) as they looked to trade and custody digital assets.

Cowen Digital at the intersection of traditional and decentralized finance

Cowen Digital sits at the intersection of traditional and decentralized finance, providing a trusted bridge between the two. These new hires bolster our existing team as we continue to develop the business and expand into new growth areas.”

Eric Rose, Head of Execution, added: “Cowen Digital is actively hiring and expanding our team in a strategic build over the next 5 years. Despite recent volatility in the sector, we continue to see growth and investment opportunities for the long-term. We are excited to have Jackie and Chase joining our highly-experienced team to help execute this vision.”
