BidX Markets enhances multi-asset liquidity solutions with Solid’s low latency ECN

Simon Blackledge, who also runs MT4 / MT5 White Label solutions company Itexsys, obtained FCA approval for BidFX at the beginning of 2021.

FCA regulated multi-asset liquidity solutions provider BidX Markets has received investment from ultra-low latency multi-bank ECN Solid.

The move aims to build a strategic partnership between both financial institutions, who will work in collaboration to benefit from both firms’ longstanding industry expertise.

The partnership will see BidX Markets providing their clients with full access to global institutional FX liquidity and technology. The firms will offer liquidity management services and detailed breakdown of trading activity and mark outs.

BidX Markets provides tailored access for brokers, asset managers, and funds to industry leading Tier 1 liquidity, connectivity, and distribution services.

Launched by Itexsys’ Simon Blackledge in November 2021

It was in November 2021 that Simon Blackledge officially launched BidFX Markets as a multi-asset liquidity solutions provider for brokers.

Simon Blackledge, who also runs MT4 / MT5 White Label solutions company Itexsys, obtained FCA approval for BidFX at the beginning of 2021.

The company’s founder stated that the service aims to address client demand for a market-neutral and tailored solution that connects brokers, asset managers, and funds to industry leading Tier-1 liquidity, connectivity and distribution services.

The BidX Markets founding team comprises of industry experts from Barclays Capital, LMAX, and BNP Paribas. The firm also introduces technology partners, including Beeks Financial Cloud, Your Bourse, and Gold-i.
