“We’re proud that these appointments herald a new era as our global Broadway team continues to meet evolving customer and employee requirements.”

Broadway has appointed Lyuba Golberg as Chief People Officer and promoted Shawn Stern to Chief of Staff as the latest in a series of executive recruitments and promotions. Broadway is experiencing accelerated growth, which requires the firm to scale its global team.

The fintech firm offers a suite of fully hosted SaaS trading solutions including order and algo execution, customer quoting and ecommerce, pricing and distribution, risk and credit management, surveillance, and trade management.

ESG increasingly important

Michael Chin, Chief Executive Officer at Broadway, said: “For nearly two decades Broadway has worked to create an environment that fosters an open, inclusive employee-centric culture that offers the best professional and personal development for our team members. We’re thrilled to welcome Lyuba and her impeccable credentials as our Chief People Officer during this time of heightened growth.”

“ESG has become increasingly important to Broadway’s stakeholders, clients and employees. We’re excited to have Shawn leverage his long-term Broadway experience and creative vision to help us build an even-more sustainable footprint as we scale our business for the future. We’re proud that these appointments herald a new era as our global Broadway team continues to meet evolving customer and employee requirements.”

Lyuba Golberg was appointed Chief People Officer, where she will lead a multifaceted human resources department focused on the global workforce that powers Broadway’s fixed income offerings.

Prior to Broadway, she was Chief People Officer at TS Imagine (a combination of Trading Screen and Imagine Software)  and Board Director at TradingScreen.

Shawn Stern was promoted to Chief of Staff after two years as Head of People. In the new role, he will help the firm expand its global teams, enhance its culture and shepherd special projects. Stern will also oversee the company ESG framework as Broadway focuses on environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives that impact its customers and employees.

Broadway Technology has recently promoted three executives to its leadership team as the trading software firm ended the year 2021 the same way it started; with executive moves.

The firm appointed Eitan Reich as Chief Technology Officer; Misha Weinberg as VP of Engineering; and Dario Gatta as Chief Information Officer.

Broadway spent the last year announcing executive hires, expanding its global business development team, and a corporate rebrand as the company repositions itself in the industry.

Broadway offers a suite of fully hosted SaaS trading solutions that powers the entire end-to-end client workflow and includes order and algo execution, customer quoting and ecommerce, pricing and distribution, risk and credit management, surveillance, and trade management.
