Goliath Partners opens Miami headquarters to recruit C++ developers for fintech and trading

Goliath Partners has launched a specialized staffing firm focused on sourcing software development talent with C++ language skills in the trading and financial technology markets.

Founded by Dylan Tracey in January 2023, partnering with recruitment entrepreneur Adam Wagster of Uniting Ambition Group and Private Equity firm Tempting Ventures, last month Goliath Partners opened its office in Brickell, Miami.

Goliath Partners founder Dylan Tracey has over nine years of experience in technical software recruitment. In his previous firm, X4 Technology, he successfully spearheaded a global expansion, scaling the US operation from 1 to 25 people in three years, focused in the placement of software engineering professionals into trading, financial technology & commercial markets. He managed teams across offices in New York, Tampa, Austin, London, Ireland and Belgium.

Goliath recruits fintech and trading pross across Equities, Options, Fixed Income, and Crypto

At the new venture, Goliath Partners’ business operates across four industry verticals, including Equities, Options, Fixed Income, and Crypto, and solely focuses on finding opportunities in financial technology and trading for professionals with C++ experience. The firm aims to source staff from the local area to work internally at Goliath Partners, yet will be operating nationwide on behalf of its client base.
