Iress appoints Rob Kirby to lead EMEA sales of QuantHouse

Rob Kirby rejoins QuantHouse, this time under Iress ownership

Iress has announced the appointment of Rob Kirby as Head of Sales and Business Development for the EMEA region at QuantHouse.

QuantHouse has been the API Data and Trading Solutions division of Iress ever since its acquisition in May 2019. Rob Kirby has a wealth of experience in the field, including two years as Business Development Manager at QuantHouse from 2009 to 2011.

After two years at QuantHouse, Rob Kirby spent seven years in the Enterprise Sales division at Thomson Reuters, offering solutions to the buy-side. In 2018, Kirby moved to Refinitiv, which was later sold to LSEG. After exchanging hands, Kirby remained as Director of Trading & Enterprise Global Strategic Partnerships up until December 2023.

Rob Kirby rejoins QuantHouse to leverage his considerable experience and knowledge of the API data and trading systems markets, supporting growth amongst the company’s client base and expanding the network of technology partners across the EMEA region.
