LIKEZERO has appointed Joli Riley as Chief Operations Officer of the contract risk analysis and data capture company, reporting chief executive Mike Lines. Joli Riley will work across the business ensuring all operations meet the needs of a growing and demanding client base.

Joli Riley’s over 20 years’ experience in financial markets software includes a decade at Aptitude Software, where she was instrumental in its expansion into the North American and Asia Pacific markets.

Prior to Aptitude, she held several developer and consultancy roles in investment banking at Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers, Barclays, and UBS. She has specialized in solving complex regulatory and accounting problems as well as leading post go-live support teams for excellent client experience.

Helping firms to manage legal, credit, operational risk

Her experience will be welcomed at LIKEZERO, a searchable golden source of legal agreement data that manages complex hierarchies of entities and documents and uses advanced mining and matching techniques to capture data from the most complex legal agreements.

The data outputs enable Banks and Investment firms to improve quality, reduce cost and more importantly save time on difficult decision making to manage legal, credit and operational risk.
