In a massive update for its flagship product, B2Core, B2Broker, one of the leading providers of liquidity and technology solutions for brokers and exchanges, has released new features. Enhancements in the update include the following to provide clients with more features, flexibility, and security:

  • Notifications for admins in a new section
  • Better synchronization between B2Trader and B2Core
  • Updates to the Client Tests
  • The option of increasing the verification level by using a client test
  • Two new providers of KYC services
  • Google Pay deposit method
  • Upgrade to the cTrader integration: the addition of netting and hedging capabilities

Section of Event Notifications

Admin notifications have been enhanced with a new section, Event Notifications. The feature allows admins to set up personalized notifications for withdrawal requests, completion of Client Tests, and other events. Additionally, the team has implemented a bot that sends reports via Slack. Administrators will benefit from this new feature by keeping up-to-date on some events within the back-office system and reacting to changes and issues more quickly and efficiently.

Better Synchronization Between B2Trader and B2Core

The B2Trader platform no longer requires clients to create assets. B2Core now provides admins with the ability to create and add currencies to products. Once assets are created in B2Core, they are automatically created in B2Trader as well, leading to users saving time and effort and having a better overall experience.

Updates to the Client Tests

Client Tests now include open questions and questionnaires. Using open questions allows the user to provide an unrestricted response. Questionnaires provide clients with a simple and convenient method of obtaining important information from their users.

Option of Increasing the Verification Level By Using a Client Test

Administrators now have the option to utilize a Client Test in the back-office to verify that end users have passed the verification process. Upon activation, users will be required to upload KYC documents in addition to completing a Client Test before moving on.

New Providers of KYC Services

Sapuma and IDWise are two new KYC providers that the team has integrated. By extending user verification capabilities, B2Core clients will be able to gather important information from new users more quickly and effortlessly while remaining compliant with all regulatory requirements. A high level of security is also provided by Sapuma and IDWise, which ensures that all personal data is protected.

Google Pay Deposit Method

B2Core now supports Google Pay deposits. As a result of the addition of the popular payment service, the deposit process has been simplified and users have a more convenient experience. B2Core’s team can assist clients with integrating specific payment providers into their ecosystem in order to activate Google Pay deposits.

Upgrade of The cTrader Integration

With the addition of account types in the B2Core integration with cTrader, the team has further improved the service. Admins can activate account types in back-office settings, allowing users to pick a netting or hedging account type.

Hedging allows multiple positions in different directions for each instrument, whereas netting only allows one position to be open in any direction.

It is also possible for the admin to limit the available choices to a single account type so all users on the platform have the same options available to them.

Concluding Remarks

The products and services offered by B2Broker are constantly being improved to provide the best possible experience for its clients. Brokers can now take advantage of B2Core’s latest technological advancements, enhanced integrations, and KYC features in the latest update. Now is the time to experiment with these new features and see how they can benefit your organization.
