The office will primarily handle customer support and affiliate inquiries from Malaysia and Indonesia region.

VT Markets has set up an office in Kuala Lumpur to better meet the increasing needs of Malaysian clients and affiliates as the FX and CFD broker continues to expand worldwide.

The retail FX broker has been thriving in Asia, Oceania, and Europe, but growing demand in Southeast Asia has led VT Markets to open the Malaysia office, which will help deliver better services, expand its scope, and enable new projects.

The office features an experienced sales team and marketing team who will be focused on assisting with market access and Forex trading services, investment attraction into VT Market ecosystem, and service local Forex investors and affiliates.

Chris Nelson-Smith, Managing Director at VT Markets, said: “We are expanding globally and with the addition of our newest office in Malaysia we continue to deliver the highest levels of service to our customers while we deliver cutting edge technology to enhance their trading experience.”

Headquartered in Sydney, Australia, VT Markets is a subsidiary of Vantage International Group Limited (VIG). It was founded in 2016 as a retail FX broker applying advanced technical support to provide clients with superior trading experience.

The broker has recently launched its MetaTrader 5 offering, which allows clients to trade over 300 assets. VT Markets also boasts MetaTrader 4 and WebTrader.

“I am very pleased to announce that VT Markets is rolling out MT5 to all of our new and existing clients. Our new MT5 offering feeds into the launch of our new branding and client portal. We are committed to offer the broadest range of products and solutions for our clients. We are listening to our trading community and are responding to the feedback from our clients, delivering the next generation MetaQuotes platform to our clients”, Chris Nelson-Smith, the director of VT Markets, said at the time.

VT Markets takes pricing and liquidity from 7 liquidity providers which allows the broker to offer the best possible pricing in such a competitive market.

Sourcing liquidity from seven LPs has dramatically improved pricing, execution, spreads, and trading conditions for its traders.

It was in late 2020 that VT Markets launched its new branding and website, which are intended to represent the company’s core values and reflect a further dedication to client success and relationships.
