Christopher Livesey resigns from Board of Beeks Financial Cloud

The resignation reflects Mr Livesey’s increased time commitments at his other business interests.

Cloud computing and connectivity provider for financial markets Beeks Financial Cloud Group PLC (LON:BKS) today announces that Christopher Livesey, Non-Executive Director at the company, has resigned from the Board.

The change is effective May 27, 2020, and reflects Mr Livesey’s increased time commitments at his other business interests.

Mark Cubitt, Non-Executive Chairman, commented,

“On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Chris for his valuable input since he joined ahead of the Company’s IPO and wish him all the very best for the future. We will continue to assess the Board composition on an ongoing basis and look to appoint an additional Non-Executive Director at the appropriate juncture.”

Chris Livesey is SVP and General Manager of Mainframe Products at Micro Focus, a global software company delivering and supporting enterprise software solutions that help clients innovate faster with lower risk. He has 25 years of experience in the software industry, having held several senior sales and marketing leadership positions in global companies such as IBM, Rational Software and Softlab Limited.

Chris Livesey has a BSc (Hons) in Statistics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Computing Science from the University of Glasgow.
