This week, following one year as Liquidity Management Executive at Israeli industry leader Illit Geller’s TradAir in London, Ms. Solinski has been appointed Bank Liquidity Manager at 360 Trading Networks.

Mid 2016 is a very challenging time for executives responsible for managing relationships with Tier 1 banks on behalf of liquidity providers and prime brokerages, the approach to counterparty credit risk by major banks being so conservative these days, thus a test of mettle for those looking to make a name for themselves in what has become a sector that requires a very high level of skill and commercial understanding.

Ms. Solinski spent a year between March 2014 and March 2015 as Associate Liquidity Relationship Manager at Integral Development Corporation’s London operations, where she was responsible for consulting with business managers to optimize their price offering to institutional clients.

Following her graduation from the University of Bath in Somerset, England with an alma in Politics and International Relations, Political Science and Government, Ms. Solinski joined Citigroup in London as Foreign Exchange Sales and Trading Analyst, setting her on the path toward what has rapidly become a career within the institutional sector’s finest.
