Karinza co-founder James Azar looks towards fledgling peer to peer and technology businesses with his new venture capital fund.

FX sales and marketing expert James Azar has founded a venture capital seed investment fund called BHNV Capital Ltd.

Operating from London, the firm will provide initial seed funding for peer to peer businesses and the technology sector.

Mr. Azar has spent the past six years as co-founder and Director of Karinza, a firm which he founded alongside CEO Karin Zalcberg which provides consultancy and corporate governance to FX and binary options companies across the world with regard to how to structure their sales teams, as a full solution including implementation, sales training and mentoring.

Mr. Azar retains his Directorship position at Karinza, and is widely recognized having contributed to global industry media sources over the past few years with regard to how to structure and develop sales and marketing techniques within the FX industry.

A resident of Chicago, Illinois, Mr. Azar co-founded Karinza after spending three years at Verizon Business as Small Business Manager between 2005 and 2008.
