Gold-i Named in Top 100 List of Most Influential FinTech Companies

Following an assessment of over 2000 companies in the FinTech sector, a panel of experts from various institutions including Lloyds Banking Group, Ernst & Young and London Stock Exchange positioned Gold-i among the top 100 influential companies

Gold-i has been identified as one of the world’s most influential FinTech companies, following an assessment of over 2,000 companies in the sector.
The inaugural listing of the Top 100 Most Influential FinTech Companies was commissioned for The Financial Technologist publication.

It was compiled by a panel of ten experts from some of the most respected companies in the financial services market including EY, the London Stock Exchange, Lloyds Banking Group and Innovate Finance.

Toby Babb, CEO, Harrington Starr Group, who spearheaded the initiative and took part in the judging process said, “We wanted to create a list of the companies who look set to shape and influence the global FinTech scene in the year ahead. The judges selected the top 100 by identifying who looks set to raise the bar, drive innovation and provide real solutions to the problems that lie ahead.

“The judges were particularly impressed by Gold-i because they provide real solutions to opportunities and problems in the market and offer an outstanding proposition with a highly experienced team behind them. Gold-i is an excellent company, with the judges extremely impressed and excited to watch them in the year ahead.”

Tom Higgins, CEO, Gold-i added, “We are delighted to have been recognised by such a prestigious and informed panel of judges for the impact we have created to date and the future potential of Gold-i to disrupt the retail FX sector.

“2018 looks set to be an exciting year for Gold-i. We are already seeing an increased interest in our products – particularly our Crypto Switch, which enables brokers to offer crypto trading to clients, and our advanced multi-asset liquidity management platform, Matrix. We remain committed to focusing on innovation and driving our industry forward, developing software which has tangible business benefits for retail FX brokers across the globe.”

The Top 100 list is published in the current edition of The Financial Technologist and available to download at www.harringtonstarr.com
