The temporary suspension is due to a lack of current and accurate information about the company.

The United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced the temporary suspension of trading in the securities of Vortex Blockchain Technologies Inc. (VXBT). The suspension commences at 9:30 a.m. EDT on September 23, 2020 and terminates at 11:59 p.m. EDT on October 6, 2020.
