Standard Chartered Private Bank today announces the appointment of Cedric Lizin as Regional Head, ASEAN & South Asia, Private Banking. The appointment is subject to regulatory approval.

Cedric Lizin joins from UBS, where his most recent position was that of Head of Wealth Management and Senior Executive Officer for Dubai. He brings a depth of knowledge, including that from his previous roles as a COO and building out platforms in Asia as well as an onshore Japan business.

Cedric Lizin will be based in Singapore and report to Didier von Daeniken, Global Head, Private Banking and Wealth Management.

Mr Lizin will succeed Srinivas Siripurapu, currently Regional Head, ASEAN & South Asia, and Global Head, Global South Asia Community, Private Banking. Mr Siripurapu is leaving the Bank to spend time with his family in India. His last day with the Bank will be October 8, 2019.
