Leading-edge financial technology solutions provider, Leverate, has launched their new regulatory service, Regyoul8, in light of the fast approaching MIFID II changes that are due to come into effect January 3rd, 2018.

Navigating the complex standards of EMIR reporting and MIFID II is expected to be an extremely arduous and costly operation for most brokers. Mr. Panagiotis Nikolaou is a well-respected expert and lecturer in the field of European financial trading regulation with many years of experience in supporting brokers to meet their regulatory commitments. Panagiotis Nikolaou is a prominent professional in the Financial Services Sector.

Panagiotis is a full member of Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (MCSI) and approved trainer for specialized subjects like ‘Active and Passive Trading Techniques’, ‘Anti-Money Laundering’, ‘MIFID II’, ‘Alternative Investments’ and ‘Introduction to Investment Operations’.

He is also preparing Compliance Officers, Internal Auditors, Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officers and Risk Managers of Banks, Cypriot Investment Firms (CIFs) as well as UCITS and AIF managers for their official Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission advanced and basic examinations.
